-
Relational, depth-oriented psychotherapy for those wanting to understand themselves more fully and heal from the inside out. (Insurance accepted.)
My specialties and focus areas are:
Social Anxiety, Panic attacks/Panic Disorder, self-confidence issues
People pleasing and co-dependence
Attachment style education, and healing
Perfectionism, harsh inner critic/judge
ADHD/neurodivergence skill development and empowering deconditioning from society’s stigmas and misunderstandings
Childhood wounding: dysfunctional family dynamics, complex PTSD, adult children of emotionally immature parents
Emerging adulthood: transitions to/from college, life planning and self-trust for those not on the college track
Nervous system regulation & stress management
Navigating deconditioning or disillusionment from social constructs (productivity, capitalism, decolonization, patriarchy, racism)
Cultural, political, ecological/climate change fear and overwhelm
Existential dread, identity exploration
Grief and Loss processing
Spiritual trauma and spiritual integration
My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other parts-based models, with a strong foundation in attachment theory, humanistic psychology, mindfulness practices, and nervous system work. Sessions explore how early experiences, cultural conditioning, and present-day stressors shape your internal world—and how to gently shift those patterns into something new.
This is a collaborative, curious process—not about fixing what’s broken, but reclaiming what’s always been yours.
-
For when you're ready to get clear, make a shift, or align more deeply with yourself.
These sessions are goal-oriented and flexible and more wide-ranging than therapy—offered as one-time appointments or short-term commitments that we design together.
Whether you're seeking clarity around a decision, a trauma-informed companion on your psychedelic integration, support in navigating a transition, or guidance as you explore new directions, this work is designed to meet you where you are.
We can work through tangible goals or take a more reflective approach, weaving in spiritual and symbolic tools like astrology, tarot, Gene Keys, or Human Design to illuminate patterns and pathways. This is not therapy, but a space for honest insight, intention setting, and integration—especially helpful when you feel stuck, in flux, or on the edge of something new.
-
A nervous system-based listening intervention to support regulation, connection, and healing from chronic stress or trauma.
The Safe and Sound Protocol uses filtered music to gently retune your nervous system, helping you move out of fight-or-flight states and into greater ease and presence. Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and based on Polyvagal Theory, SSP is especially supportive for individuals dealing with anxiety, sensory sensitivity, trauma, ADHD, or nervous system dysregulation.
SSP is not a therapy session, but a structured program that can be done in combination with ongoing therapy or on its own. I offer it with attuned support and pacing to ensure safety and integration throughout the process.
This is for those who want to feel more grounded in their body, more connected in their relationships, and more able to respond to life from a place of regulation—not reactivity.
Testimonials

"I had never been through therapy before I met Molly, I remember being very hesitant and anxious of the experience. This feeling immediately faded when I met her. Within the first few sessions, Molly allowed me to feel safe and vulnerable in areas of my life that felt too convoluted or intense to approach. I felt ease going and talking to her about things I didn't understand. She was able to reach parts of me I never knew existed or remembered were a part of me. I am forever grateful for the work she has done with me. Without her I would not be where I am today."

In the midst of my huge personal transformation, Molly was a pillar of support and a beacon of light helping me navigate forward. I was seen and embraced so fully, and I always felt safe and supported. I was able to open up and dive deeper into myself while stoking my creative fire. I am deeply appreciative to Molly for holding such impeccable space and for sharing creative tools to help me better navigate the waves of life.”

"Having had no prior experience with therapy, I began seeing Molly and have now been with her for four years. I value the safe space she provides to explore myself more deeply. Her approach challenges me in ways that truly work for me, always meeting me where I am. Since working with Molly, I’ve developed a whole new set of tools that I use daily to improve every area of my life. She has guided me through the major transitions of my early twenties and through grief. I cannot thank her enough for the impact her practice has had on my life."

"Working with Molly over the past three months has been transformational for me. She has given me so much space to explore myself and the world around me. She has been a catalyst to my creativity, confidence, and curiosity with my life. This is truly the biggest gift one can ask for. Molly made me feel safe and validated, so I was comfortable venturing into uncharted territory. I highly recommend anyone to work with Molly to feel an overall improvement in their life and spirit. I will always be grateful I did!"
